Sans Studio is an independent product strategy and design studio based in Kent, England, bringing taste to intelligent technology. We partner with AI startups from pre-seed to Series A across consumer and B2B software. We focus on products where what to build and how people should interact with it haven’t been established.

We start with questions: what are people trying to achieve? Why should this product exist? We explore context, challenge assumptions and develop a tested point of view.

Then we combine technical depth with craft, shaping how the product works and feels. We sharpen our focus through editing, removing what distracts. The result is a product that tells a coherent story that helps founders reach product-market fit.

People

Sans Studio is founded and led by Neil Patel, a designer engineer specialising in new technologies. Projects are delivered with a close network of specialists.

What we do

Sans Studio Five pale dots travel along their individual paths over 1.2 seconds, merge into one blue dot, and continue to the end. After a short hold the sequence clears and restarts on a 3.2-second loop.
