Vokser is a development platform for early-stage managers, the people promoted for technical skill and expected to figure out leadership as they go. The category has long defaulted to corporate formality, stock illustration, and assessment products that hand back a static report and call the work done.

Vokser was built with AI to meet each manager in context. The brand needed to carry the same posture: grounded, sustained, and human.

We anchored the identity around a three-leaf mark, a stack of overlapping forms that nods to the framework underneath the product: three dimensions, nine pillars, fifty-four behaviours. Geist sets the wordmark, Source Serif 4 sets Anna, with an OKLCH-derived sage palette warmed by terracotta, blonde, and a natural neutral.

Rather than commission a finite library of artwork, we built an illustration system the team could extend. People are drawn with marker-weight contours outline-only, faces featureless whose character is carried by hair shape alone. The system runs on Nano Banana 2 via Flora AI, governed by a style guide, prompt library, and reference library so that multi-object scenes remain consistent.

Anna, Vokser's AI coach, needed a form managers would trust quickly: approachable, a little nurturing, but serious. We landed on an owl, the long-standing shorthand for wisdom, built from a small set of primitive shapes in the same flat palette. A motion piece extends the behavioural framework into time, pulling back from a single behaviour to reveal the structure that holds it.

Vokser now carries a visual language designed to extend rather than be replaced. Mark, type, palette, and character all draw from the same three-part logic the platform itself rests on. A brand that argues, quietly, for the same posture it sells.
